Cancellation Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, call our operations team or email [email protected]. This must have been done before your order had been processed (including payment being taken). If your order is already on its way, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any surplus costs accrued. If your item is custom built to your requirements, there will be a cancellation fee subject to the manufacturer's approval that goods can be canceled.

 

Returns Policy

Goods can be returned to PowerStore within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be approved for return prior to being sent back, this should be done by contacting our operations team at [email protected], once a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) # has been provided please return your item in full resale condition. If goods are returned a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are liable for any return transport costs to our warehouse. Goods should be shipped with a carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit during their return. Goods must be unused, undamaged, never connected to an electrical source, in original packaging, and in full resale condition to be accepted . If goods are found to be different from aforementioned, we reserve the right to reject your return. Custom Built items, special order items, batteries and items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

Clearance Items Policy

At PowerStore, we offer a variety of high-quality products at discounted prices in our Clearance section. Please note that all sales of clearance items are final. These products are available only while supplies last and cannot be returned or exchanged. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchases in this section, as these deeply discounted items are not eligible for our standard return or exchange policies. By purchasing clearance items, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Warranty Policy

PowerStore Inc is a distributor for many of the world's top manufacturers. As such, we do not hold the warranty for these parts; if you have a defective unit, you will be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty (if applicable). If you do suffer issues with your new product, please call 817-779-7210 or email [email protected], and we will direct you to the most appropriate place to have any warranty repairs carried out. Out-of-box failures are also covered by your warranty conditions, and you should contact the manufacturer's service line if repairs or replacements are required.
