Prior to placing a purchase order, we strongly recommend that you read the following information:



Alert Notice

Warning Notice: Many of the products that we sell are intended to be connected to solar panels, high voltage batteries and the Electrical Grid. These units are NOT intended for installation by unqualified personnel and do carry a risk of electrocution or death if not installed correctly.

Please refer to the manufacturer’s instruction manual in all cases prior to starting installation.

 

Delivery Information

 

Shipping

Our goal is to provide our customers with the correct product as quickly and with as little damages as possible
The PowerStore typically use FedEx Parcel and FedEx Freight as our preferred method for standard delivery of your goods. Although they may not be the cheapest, or the fasted to every location, we have found them to be the most reliable with the least amount of damage. All our goods are insured for damage or loss during transportation; however, we do rely on our customers to check and ensure all packages are received, are correct and undamaged (See “Deliveries and Issues” below). For goods that are in stock we strive to ship all orders same day, with a cut-off time of 1:00pm for freight shipments & expedited ground shipments and 3:00PM for standard ground shipments. Parcel Delivery

• Express Delivery (Mainland US) - Delivery will arrive within 1-3 working days from when the order was placed, dependent on option selected, based on a 1pm cut off time. Please note Express delivery is not available to certain remote areas in the US. Certain zip codes can upgrade delivery to a timed service; however, this is not always guaranteed. Our standard carrier for Express delivery is UPS. Tracking information will be emailed to you within the Invoice sent the day following shipment.

• Standard Ground Delivery - Delivery will be made within 1-5 working days of placing your order depending on your location. Typically, It will be made Monday to Friday anytime between 8am and 7pm. However, in some circumstances, it is possible that they will be delivered out with these hours including weekends. Our standard carrier is FedEx, to check transit times visit – FedEx.com. Tracking information will be emailed to you within the Invoice sent the day following shipment.

• International Delivery - Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order dispatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and sea freight options are available. Tracking information will be emailed to you within the Invoice sent the day following shipment.

 

Pallet Delivery

Standard Pallet Delivery - Delivery will be made within 1-7 working days of placing your order to the lower 48 states, dependent on location. Our carriers will need to set up an appointment with someone on-site for residential deliveries, which typically arrive between Monday and Friday anytime between 8am and 5pm. It is unlikely, but in some circumstances, it is possible for some carriers to attempt delivery out with these hours. The PowerStore will endeavor to contact you in advance if this is a possibility. Tracking information will be emailed to you within the Invoice sent the day following shipment

International Delivery - Delivery varies depending on location, clarification of estimated transit time will be confirmed on order dispatch. Please be aware that customs clearance timescales are out with our influence. Air and sea freight options are available. Tracking information will be emailed to you within the Invoice sent the day following shipment.


Collect In Store (Will Call)

• Free collection is available from our Alvarado, TX warehouse Monday-Friday 8.30-5.00PM - 4305 Longhorn Drive, Alvarado, TX 76009

• Free collection is available from our Mooresville, NC warehouse Monday-Friday 8.30-5.00PM – 236 Raceway Drive, Mooresville, NC 28117

 

Receiving goods & Issues

• When you receive your order, please sign the drivers manifest and confirm the goods have been received in good condition. If there are any damages, please note this down and get confirmation from the driver. The PowerStore cannot beheld responsible for any damages if they are not noted at the time of delivery. DO NOT reject the shipment, this can lead to additional charges. Once this has been done, notify TPS Customer Service on 817-779-7210 quoting your job name (or customer name) and problem, you will be given instructions on how to proceed and an RMA # if the goods need to be returned for repair or replacement. Goods will be rejected if returned without an RMA #. If possible, take photos of any damaged packages as soon as received for future reference.

• If you have received the incorrect items, please notify TPS Customer Service on 817-779-7210 quoting your job number (Customer name) and nature of the problem. We issue an RMA# and supply labels for the return of the goods along with ensuring the correct parts are dispatched as soon as at all possible.

• Goods being shipped internationally will be liable for all local taxes and duty to be paid by the receiver.

 

Additional Information

• All items dispatched by TPS with a value of $500 or above will require a customer’s signature at time of delivery.

• Failed deliveries may result in additional charges and significant delays. • Freight deliveries to a residential address will be subject to an additional fee imposed by the carriers

• If a Lift Gate is required, please let us know in advance. Most drivers are unwilling to assist in manually unloading goods – liftgates are subject to an additional fee imposed by the carriers.

• For all deliveries you should receive an emailed invoice including tracking information prior to delivery, however this cannot be guaranteed.

• Specific delivery dates cannot be provided for pallet deliveries unless a timed service has been requested.

• When the delivery is made, parcels will deliver to your door, pallet carriers will provide sidewalk side service which entitles them to leave the goods at the side of the road. You must inform us prior to delivery if there are any access restrictions for large vehicles, we cannot guarantee delivery with a short semi-trailer on all occasions. Any special delivery instructions (including residential addresses and Liftgate requirements) must be made in the delivery comments when placing an order. TPS cannot accept any liability if details have not been provided. The customer will be billed for any additional fees incurred for special delivery requirements if not informed at time of ordering. If customer is unavailable to receive goods, re-delivery/storage charges may apply.

• Please be aware that public holidays can affect our ability to deliver however we will attempt to inform our customers when this will be an issue.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, call our operations team or email [email protected]. This must have been done prior to your order having been processed (including payment being taken). If your order is already on its way you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus any other costs accrued. If your item is custom built to your requirements or special order, there will be a cancellation fee subject to the manufacturers approval that goods can be cancelled.

 

Returns Policy

Goods can be returned to The PowerStore Inc within 30 days of purchase. Goods must be approved for return prior to being sent back, this should be done by contacting our operations team at [email protected], once a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) # has been provided please return your item in full resale condition. If goods are returned a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your order, shipping charges are nonrefundable and you are liable for any return transport costs to our warehouse. Goods should be shipped with a carrier capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit during their return. Goods must be unused, undamaged, never connected to an electrical source, in original packaging, and in full resale condition to be accepted . If goods are found to be different from aforementioned, we reserve the right to reject your return. Custom Built items, special order items, batteries and items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer are nonrefundable under any circumstances.

 

Warranty

The PowerStore Inc act as a distributor for many of the world’s top manufacturers and as such we do not hold the warranty for these parts, if you have a defective unit, you will be covered by the original manufacturers warranty (if applicable). If you do suffer issues with your new product, please call 817-779-7210 or email [email protected] and we will direct you to the most appropriate place to have any warranty repairs carried out. Out of box failures are also covered by your warranty conditions and you should contact the manufacturers service line if repairs or replacements are required.

 

Important
Final Note: Safety is our top priority. Please read and understand all instruction, user and installation manuals provided by the manufacturers BEFORE installing their products. Failure to do so may not only damage the products and invalidate the warranty but lead to electrical shocks hazardous to your life and the safety of others. When stated, it is necessary to have a qualified electrician install these products.

All quotations (valid for a time period of 30 days only) by TPS and orders made by Buyer for products are subject to these Terms and Conditions set forth herein. 

1. Sale. The PowerStore, lnc, a Texas corporation, (''TPS") hereby agrees to sell to the party (the "Buyer") described as the buyer in an order to purchase products ("Purchase Order''), and the Buyer agrees to purchase from TPS, certain products (the "Products") described in such Purchase Order on the terms and conditions set forth below. Each TPS and Buyer are a “Party” and together “Parties.” 


2.
Purchase Price and Payments. The Buyer will pay TPS the price (the "Purchase Price") for Products specified in the Purchase Order within 30 days after the invoice date. All payments under any invoice shall be made to TPS in U.S dollars by wire transfer or check, without any set-off or counterclaim, at the bank or at the address specified on TPS's invoice. 


3.
Past Due Amounts. If the Buyer fails to pay the Purchase Price or other amounts owing pursuant to the TPS invoice on the due date, the Buyer will pay interest on the amount due at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), compounded on the last day of each and every month; provided that notwithstanding the foregoing, the rate of interest payable under this Agreement will not be higher than the highest rate of interest permitted by applicable law. The Buyer will also pay any collection agency fees that TPS incurs as a result of past due amounts. Returned, dishonored or NSF checks will incur an additional $25 fee. 


4.
Credit Reports. The Buyer authorizes TPS from time to time to obtain one or more credit reports from any reporting agency and to obtain information regarding the buyer from any bank or creditor of Buyer, including, but not limited to, each of the credit references listed in section IV. The Buyer further authorizes each of the banks or creditors to give to TPS from time to time any and all necessary information that will aid TPS in its credit investigation. The Buyer further authorizes TPS to reinvestigate credit status from time to time, as TPS deems necessary. TPS reserves the right to limit, terminate, or change the terms of any extension of credit to Buyer at TPS' sole discretion. The Buyer authorizes TPS to act as a credit reference for Buyer by responding to inquiries from other creditors or potential creditors of Buyer regarding transactions or experiences with the Buyer. 


5.
Taxes. The Buyer will be liable for, and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TPS from and against, all duties, tariffs, levies, taxes (including without limitation sales, use and withholding taxes), and other public charges arising in relation to the sale or delivery of the Products. 


6.
Delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TPS will deliver the Products FCA point of shipment, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in writing. Risk of loss or damage, and title, to the Products will pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the materials to Buyer or Carrier, whichever occurs first. Any time or date for delivery specified in a Purchase Order or acknowledgement of such Purchase Order is an estimate only, and TPS will not be liable to Buyer for the consequences of any delay. 


7.
Inspection and Acceptance. The Buyer shall, not later than 5 business days following receipt of any of the Products, notify TPS of any discrepancies in the quantity or quality of those Products. If the Buyer fails to provide such notice to TPS within such period of time, without prejudice to Section 13 below, those Products shall be conclusively deemed to have been received and accepted by the Buyer. 


8.
Suspension of Delivery and Force Majeure. Neither Party shall be in breach of any of its obligations where the failure to perform or delay in performance is due, wholly or in part, directly or indirectly, upon the occurrence of any Act of God, acts of governmental bodies or agencies foreign or domestic, sabotage, fire, floods, earthquakes, explosions or other catastrophes, accidents, freight embargos, delays occasioned by carriers, delays of a supplier of TPS, strikes, lockouts, labor unrest, labor shortages, manufacturing breakdowns or any other event beyond the control of such Party. 


9.
Special Order, drop shipped, batteries, custom-built and non-stock items. Custom-built, items directly drop shipped from manufacturer, specially manufactured, and non-stock items ordered by Buyer shall be non-cancelable and nonreturnable except to the extent such items are not accepted by Buyer pursuant to Section 7 or covered by a warranty set forth in Section 16. This includes all drop shipments directly from the manufacturer. 

 

10. Returns. Products normally carried as stock in TPS inventory which have been shipped as ordered may be returned "unused" within 30 days from the date of purchase for credit only upon TPS's prior written authorization. All such returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from TPS for a restocking charge in the amount of 15% of the Purchase Price to be subtracted from the value of the return. In addition to "unused", the Product must not have been installed or connected to electrical power, must be in original packaging and only full kits may be returned, no partial kits will. be accepted. Buyer is responsible for proper packaging to insure safe return. Buyer is also responsible for all freight charges associated with returning products to TPS and assumes all risk in the return transport, including loss and/or damage. All returns are subject to a final count and inspection by TPS upon arrival. Credit will not be issued for damaged products, used products, items with missing parts, obsolete products, or in the event that the Product is received in a condition that prevents it being sold as new.
